Αlternative as always was the character of the "Ardas Festival 2015" with Evritiki Zygia giving its own special tone in one of the biggest music festivals of Greece. The main stage of the event was inundated by Thracian sounds of the band that excited people and made them dance beside the river Arda and listen to traditional songs orchestrated and played by the particular style of Evritiki Zygia.

THE PUBLICATION OF THE FIRST OFFICIAL ALBUM.

The most important fact in the course of Evritiki Zygia is the release of the fist official alboum made by the band. With this cd Evritiki Zygia officially leaves its musical imprint and brings back the old sound color of  Evros, which only the combination of the bagpipes with the lyre and the kaval with the davul can offer.

THE EVRITIKI ZYGIA'S CONCERT IN ITALY.

One of the most beautiful moments that the band has lived was the concert at the Greek-speaking regions of Calabria in South Italy in August 2013. Evritiki Zygia traveled to many villages of "Magna Grecia", experienced the rich culture that has its roots in the years of the Byzantine Empire and found that, apart from the local Greek dialect, the musical tradition of the locals is almost similar to ours , since the main instruments of their revels are the Calabrian lyre, the bagpipe or "the tsamponia" as it is called, and the percussion. This is another reason why the band's music much piqued the interest of the viewers of the concert, which was held in Bova Marina as part of the festival "paleariza - festival di world music nella Calabria Greca". Complete photographic material found in "Media Visual" (look above), and you can watch excerpts of the concert on:
